BROKERAGE

BUYER/TENANT REPRESENTATION
Lechner offers Buyer or Tenant representation to its clients. With this relationship,
the Lechner agent works exclusively on your behalf. After assessing your objectives,
your Lechner agent will then develop an appropriate plan of action, including determining
your specific real estate requirements, evaluating alternative solutions and financial
scenarios. Utilizing the resources above, your agent will identify properties for
your consideration that are actively on the market, as well as “off-market” properties.
We will assist and suggest negotiating strategies with your best interest in mind
and guide you through the due diligence and closing process. With Buyer or Tenant

SITE SELECTION
Site selection requires an understanding of traffic patterns, demographics, zoning,
topography, characteristics of the client’s business and sensitivity to the concerns
of those owners within the surrounding area of the site. Lechner Realty agents possess
